The panelists will analyze current trends in commercial item contracting and focus on the highest risk areas, including: DoD’s recent push to narrow the FAR definition of “commercial item“; GSA Federal Supply Schedule Commercial Sales Practices disclosures and Price Reductions clause risks; and current areas of government audit focus.
